Welcome to my home again! This is my living room and I must say its my favorite room of my house, Ive gone for a black and white theme - with a touch of yellow, I didn't plan for it to be like that but I fell in love with the yellow filing cabinet which I found in the Bargin section of Ikea (Yes Ikea again, my favorite place in the world..)
It bugs me when people think you have to spend a fortune in order to have a beautiful home - Honestly all you need is some imagination (When that fails go to pintrest) and some patience sourcing some good bits and bobs.. oh and some elbow grease!
The pug head was found in Tk Maxx - I adore Tk Maxx for homeware you find some real unique and cheap pieces in there. I bought the letters on Ebay, they are cardboard so I just painted them black.
My new addition to the living room is the Confetti art which was a fun and quick DIY, heres how I did it:

Picture Frame - Ikea Ribba
Card Boarder - Mine came with the Ikea Ribba
Paper - Hobby Craft
Glue - I used glue dots but you can use Pritt stick
Scissors
Tissue Paper - Or card (Whatever colours you like)

Fold the tissue paper in half and then in half again, then cut out circles - Folding it will create loads of circles, otherwise you could be there for awhile.. Create various sizes out of the two different colours.
Then just stick them down to the card however you want them to look. Place the card boarder in the frame (You can do it with or without the boarder - I just personally prefer it with) Place in your new art work and stand back and admire you new art work! Now go make a brew you've earned it!
