It's almost 1am and I'm still up stuffing my face full with Millie's cookies, unfortunately this isn't a rare occurrence, you'll often find me curled up on the sofa laptop in hand and donning my comfiest of lounge wear - aka Joe's tracksuit bottoms - oh what a glamorous life I lead.

In a bid to remove me from my tracksuits and and not-so-pretty granny pants (c'mon we've all got a pair) and into something a little more 'feminine' and chic Silent Assembly got in touch and asked if I wanted to review one of their revolutionary underwear sets, so I cast aside my undesirables put down my Millies cookies and whacked on the *Xia Contour Plunge Bra & *Xia Cheeki Black knickers and it certainly beat my Primark pants...

So what makes these different from your usual skivvies?

Lingerie designer Kay Cohen created these delicate lace bras with 'Curvessence' technology, a state-of-art bit of tech designed to replace metal underwires leaving you perfectly supported and comfortable. I must admit this is probably one of the best fitting bras I've ever tried and the one of the comfiest, you can wear it all day and just completely forget about it, you don't even get that 5 a'clock itch where you just feel the need to ping it off, this bad boy is comfy enough to wear until bed time - even though to be fair nothing beats the feeling of running around in nothing but pj's..

The lingerie is all made from the finest French leavers lace, the one I'm wearing also features some Swarovski crystal and gold elements making it very fancy indeed! They come in a variety of different styles and colours, some of the bralets they make are my favourite
